The Wakulla County Charter Review Commission will hold Public Hearings on November 14, 2023, and November 28, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center (Crawfordville Room), 318 Shadeville Highway, Crawfordville, FL 32327, (850) 926-0919.
Purpose of Meeting: To receive public comment on the proposed amendments/revisions to the Wakulla County Home Rule Charter in accordance with Ordinance #08-14. To obtain a copy of the current Charter and Draft Proposed Amendments/Revisions, please visit the BOCC website or contact Jessica Welch at jwelch@mywakulla.com.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
