Wakulla Gardens & Magnolia Gardens Sewer Expansion Project

In 2014, the County requested funding assistance from the State to extend sewer into the Magnolia and Wakulla Gardens subdivisions.   As a result of this funding request in 2015, the County was awarded $2.3 million for Wakulla Gardens and $2.3 for Magnolia Gardens, for a total of $4.6 million for this important project.   The funding is in the form of a state grant from the Department of Environmental Protection to the County through the Northwest Florida Water Management District.
