Wakulla County Announces the Annual Veteran’s Parade and Ceremony to be Held on Saturday, November 11, 2023
CRAWFORDVILLE, Fla. – CRAWFORDVILLE, Fla. – The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners, in collaboration with the Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 4538, is proud to announce the Annual Veteran's Parade and Ceremony, scheduled for Saturday, November 11, 2023.
This time-honored event, dedicated to honoring our Veterans, promises a day filled with gratitude, respect, and heartfelt celebration. Wakulla County residents and visitors alike are invited to join us in paying tribute to our brave men and women in uniform. See below for a schedule of events:
Veterans Breakfast
Time: 7:30 a.m.
Location: Wakulla County Community Center; 318 Shadeville Road
About: A complimentary breakfast for veterans and their immediate family
Annual Veterans Day Parade
Time: 10 a.m.
Parade Route: Along Crawfordville Highway between Hudson and Azalea Park
Annual Veterans Day Ceremony
Time: 10:30 a.m.
Location: Hudson Park Pavilion
Veterans Lunch
Time: 12 p.m.
Location: Hudson Park Pavilion
About: A complimentary sandwich for veterans and their immediate family
