On Monday, March 13, East Ivan Road at Crawfordville Highway will be inaccessible. Motorists will be rerouted via Crawfordville Highway to Bloxham Cuttoff Road (SR 267) to Lonnie Raker Lane. This detour will be clearly marked and will remain in effect for approximately two weeks as the new connection at Crawfordville Road, and East Ivan Road is constructed. Also, please note beginning on Monday, March 13, 2023, northbound and southbound traffic on Crawfordville Highway will be shifted to the newly constructed roadway from just south of East Ivan Road to just south of Woodrich Road. The speed limit beginning just south of Woodrich Road to end the project north of SR 267 will be reduced from 45 mph to 35 mph. The timeline above is an estimate and contingent upon adequate weather conditions and the availability of supplies; any adjustments to the schedule will be provided by public notice.
