Public Service Announcement: Waste Pro Residential Service Complaints

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
ATTENTION WASTE PRO CUSTOMERS (RESIDENTIAL ONLY) 

If your trash is not picked up on your regular scheduled day, please contact our Public Works Office at 850-745-7715. Our Office will log in the complaint and track it to ensure your trash gets picked up. Once we notify Waste Pro of a missed pick-up, they have 24 hours to pick it up. If trash is not picked-up within 24 hours, the County may impose a $50 per incident per day assessment on Waste Pro.
