Revenue Collections Department

The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time position of Administrative Assistant in the Wakulla County Revenue Collections Department.

Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting with billing activities; process payments; opening and closing accounts; running errands; processing work orders; enter garbage complaints in software tracking program; assist with right of way acquisitions and other various administrative duties. Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. At least one year experience in an administrative position and have a detail orientated work style. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft office applications. Preferred but not required; applicants will have experience in budgeting and accounting principles, have excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to work with the public professionally and with courtesy.
