The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners meeting originally scheduled for November 21, 2022, has been rescheduled for November 22, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, 29 Arran Rd, Crawfordville, FL, 32327.
Purpose of Meeting: To Consider a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Acquisition of Property at 1825 Woodville Highway for Future Potential Use as a Fire/EMS Station.
Legal Description: Begin at a found concrete monument marking the intersection of the Easterly right of way line of a 100' wide right of way known as Woodville Highway with the Southerly boundary line of the North ½, of the Northeast ¼ of Section 27, Township 3 South, Range 1 East, Wakulla County, Florida; thence leaving said POINT OF BEGINNING run along said Southerly boundary line North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 1421.09 feet to a concrete monument; thence leaving said Southerly boundary line run North 00 degrees 09 minutes 32 seconds East 100.36 feet to a concrete monument; thence run North 89 degrees 58 minutes 18 seconds West 1452.55 feet to an iron pipe lying on the Easterly right of way line of said Woodville Highway; thence run along said Easterly right of way line South 17 degrees 08 minutes 35 seconds East 105.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 3.32 acres more or less.
