Ordinance Consideration - Moratorium on Reservations of Sewer Capacity

The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on September 19, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, 29 Arran Rd., Crawfordville, FL 32327, to Consider:
 
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WAKULLA COUNTY, FLORIDA, DECLARING A MORATORIUM ON RESERVATIONS OF SEWER CAPACITY PURSUANT TO SECTION 31.022 OF THE WAKULLA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE CONTINUED APPLICABILITY OF EXISTING RESERVATIONS OF CAPACITY; PROVIDING FOR THE AREA OF APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A copy of this ordinance shall be available for inspection by the public on the County’s Website (www.mywakulla.com). Interested parties may submit comments and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
