Wakulla County BOCC Awards Hudson Park Improvements and Approves Construction Agreement
CRAWFORDVILLE, Fla – On July 18, 2022, the Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners awarded a Construction Agreement with Hydra Engineering & Construction, LLC for improvements at Hudson Park. The improvements to Hudson Park will cost $306,494 and include the installation of a hard-surface walking trail, park benches, trash receptacles, and bike racks. Construction is anticipated to be complete around January of 2023. As funds become available, additional future improvements to Hudson Park may include food truck vendor areas with electricity and water hookups, plazas and pavilions, improved parking, a pedestrian drop-off area, and a connection to Azalea Park.
