Wakulla County will hold the following Public Meetings at the Wakulla County Commission Complex, Administration Office, 3093 Crawfordville Highway, Crawfordville, FL 32327; for the purpose of oral presentations with prospective vendors in response to RFP 2022-07 Agent of Record.

In accordance with Section 286.0113, Florida Statutes, any portion of this meeting at which a prospective vendor makes an oral presentation and/or at which a vendor answers questions will be conducted in private and shall not be open to the public. A complete recording of the exempt portion of the meeting will be made and available to interested parties in accordance with Florida law.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
