Bulk Waste Service
  1. Residential bulk items will be picked up on normal trash routes. Citizens do not have to schedule with Waste Pro. For residential bulk pick-up, place the items out with your trash can. Bulk items will be picked up if space is available on the truck, this does not guarantee that a bulk item will be picked up on your regular service day.
  2. Waste Pro asks citizens to place out only 1-2 bulky items per week (not to exceed 2 yards (approximate size of a refrigerator)., as space on the trucks is limited.
  3. Metal items still must be scheduled through Waste Pro, 850-926-7010.
  4. Waste Pro still does not service yard waste (EX: bushes, grass clippings & tree branches) or anything that is considered construction debris from new builds, remodeling, repair, and demolition of a home.
  5.  If residents have questions, comments, or grievances about Waste Pro's Bulk Waste Service, contact the Wakulla County Public Works Department at 850-926-7616 or submit a grievance via the Waste Pro Grievance Portal.
